Three of our archers, Nuala, Rob and Vicky took part in the first stage of the National Tour 2025 held at Lilleshall last weekend. There are six stages held throughout the country culminating in The Final in Nottingham at the end of August. The format is 72 arrows at 50m (for Compound and Barebow) with the top 32 archers qualifying followed by Head to Head rounds for medals. Nuala (Barebow) and Vicky (Compound) qualified for the H2H rounds, both getting into the last 8 which is really impressive. It was also Nuala's first time shooting in a H2H so huge congratulations to her. Unfortunately Rob (Compound) had to withdraw during the qualifying round. There were over 300 archers participating over the weekend so it's great we had members representing our Club.
