Saturday's Double WA 50m was really strange. Conditions in the morning were almost perfect yet it seemed nobody could put a good score together and Sunday was the County Championship day where we were hit with strong winds, rain and thunderstorms. On day 2 the originally planned 1440 had to be cut short to a long metric due to the difficult conditions. The whole team that entered stayed till the end because at Delco we never give up!

Vicky became Hampshire County Champion back in 2018 and has held the title ever since, still retaining her title on the Sunday with a 1st place for the compound women with Rachael taking 2nd place. A huge bonus was to also be part of the AC Delco Ladies Compound team who won Gold! Stuart took 2nd in the men's compound, Steve 3rd place and Rob finished in 12th. Well done to the whole team. It was a very tricky finish to a somewhat washed out outdoor season! Let's hope next year brings us better weather!
