Vicky and Rob took part in The British Target Championships at Lilleshall. Saturday was a WA 1440 round with very windy conditions. Vicky was 7th out of 33 archers in the Women's Compound category. Rob finished 17th out of 54 in the Men's Compound category. Sunday was a WA 50m round followed by Head to Heads. Both qualified despite Rob having an equipment problem which with a little help from his friends was resolved. He won his first H2H then lost out in the next round. Vicky got all the way to the bronze medal match and lost out by 4 points. However, she did get her first Elite Master Bowman score which is a huge achievement. What a great weekend - making the Club proud as usual 😊
