On saturday the 28th October AC Delco put on it's annual Halloween fun shoot. The weather was looking to be frightful, but luckily with a bit of hocus pocus magic the sun came out and the shoot could go ahead. There were some great costumes with almost all the archers getting into the mood for some halloween fun. To make the shoot scarily difficult and equal the playing field ... (well except for our national champion barebow archer) all archers had to use the club bows and arrows pushing everyone out of their comfort zone! With archers split into teams they all had 3 stations to visit. Zombie targets on one, a game of burst the balloons on the 2nd, and trick or treat on the 3rd for anyone who dared... To pick up our archers 'spirits' after the shoot we'd like to say a massive thankyou to Alex and her support team, now formerly known as her Covern of witches, who put together an amazing spread of treats, cakes & burgers for everyone to enjoy.
