This Easter saturday saw AC Delco hold it's 252 easter fun competition, with special guest invite - Kevin the carrot. The weather was glorious and the field was bathed in sunshine. The field party soon had the range set up at various distances to enable archers of all skills to be able to take part, including our hot off the press members from the latest introduction to archery course - giving them their first taste of competition shooting and scoring. The shoot got underway and everyone was soon trying to hit the elusive colour prizes! Until the bell was rung for tea and cake - a wonderful spread put on by Alex which was enjoyed by all. The event drew to a close with a single arrow shootoff which was won by Carolyn. With Kate winning the best gold of the shoot. Easter eggs were given as prizes along with 252 certificates and our beginners receiving their course certificates. Everyone really enjoyed the event and we look forward to the next one.
