Vicky's novel way of fighting the nerves

Competitions are always fun, but they don't always come without stress & nerves. There are many techniques that can help to ease the pressure of competition shoots:

• Deep breathing • Relaxing your muscles • Visualising success • Don't try to be perfect ..... or when Vicky had some downtime at the European Grand Prix championships this week she tried the noval way of axe throwing instead! We're pleased to see you can always hit the middle Vicky even if it's not with a bow and arrow in your hand!
